Our client, strong pharmaceutical company, is looking for Logistic Manager SK (position without direct subordinates)
Place of work: Bratislava
Job description, responsibilities and duties
-Assure delivery of goods to customers in orders to fix smooth supply to end user. Negotiate with distributors on contract conditions, agreement preparation. Assure that price setting is according to internal processes.
-Be helpful to customers in problems solving (custom clearance, documentation completion).
-Keep in contact, negotiating with production plans to ensure smooth delivery of goods. Negotiation with internal/external lawyers.
-Cooperate with business unit during promo action planning and ensure smooth information flow customer service and business unit. Organize the workload of customer service in Slovakia the way is split reasonably.
-To maintain and develop local tracing system of orders, contracts status, bonuses, credit notes, price list preparation. Destruction process coordination with BU and customers.
Personality requirements and skills
• experience from smaller / middle size company
• experience 3+ years from logistics field from : distributors, medical device company, health care company, pharma company, FMCG, food products, private health care centers (not suitable experience: IT services, finance services, consultancy, production)
• independent worker (only one person in the logistic/customer service team in Slovakia)
• ability to find solution to the unexpected issues
• ability to communicate with various stakeholders – distributors, legal advisor, Sales Managers, Sales force, EMEA management , etc.
• ability to make decision within given frames
• team player, good cooperation, customer focus
• ability to work even is 100% clarity is not from the beginning what all will be required to fulfil the task
