Foxconn began to focus on electric vehicles and develops battery systems in the Czech Republic

Foxconn has chosen a new direction to pursue in the future and has begun to emphasize the development of electric cars. At the international level, Foxconn has recently started to cooperate with the Xiaopeng Motors company from China's Canton city. Xiaopeng Motors wants to compete with Tesla which is planning to open a new factory in China. In the Czech Republic, Foxconn is currently working on the intensive development of battery systems. This is an integral part of the energy infrastructure support, which is essential for the electric mobility development. Foxconn also plans to electrify company's vehicle fleet in the Czech Republic.
